Q. Do you ship to Europe?

A. Yes, absolutely! We ship many clocks to European customers. However, shipping to Europe is not at the rate quoted in the products page. Also, be sure to take note of the next question.

Q. What about the power?

A. The transformer supplied with the clock is meant for North American 110 Volt 60 Hz power. As most of Europe is on 220V 50Hz, you must use a travel adapter to step down the voltage. You need a higher quality one meant for use with electronics and computers. The Radio Shack Model 273-1426 is an excellent choice. The Megallen EA234 is less powerful, but should work, although we have no specific experience with this model. You can google on "Travel Adapters" for more.
